The absolute worst bank in San Francisco if you have a small business.
Great customer service by Jesus. The entire team is very helpful and positive and upbeat. I went in to get a new debit card due to fraud. And he took care of me very quickly. Thank you for your help. I will definitely come back again and recommend anyone to this store.
This is a BMO bank with very poor service from the staff to the manager. There is no problem with deposits and withdrawals, but when you ask them to help with other things, they say you call the customer service department.
BMO's acquisition of BOTW has been problematical, euphemistically-speaking. On a few consumer-pages such as Yelp and elsewhere, there are hundreds of negative experiences, and NO positive experiences, and, many have experienced the same situation: poorly-trained BOTW employees, although with a very positive attitude, trying to function when much of their functionality has been taken away, and facing the same long & frustrating phone queues as customers.
