Our tribe bank here and it was so much better as bank of the West.

The worst Banking system ever! Once I hit my sign up Bonus, I'm gonna dump this bank immediately...
customer service with the indian lady, and indian guy is the worst experience in my life. I regret to have business with bank of the west. The guy infront is also ignorant. I withdrawn my money out from this bank of the west and just keep my money to wells fargo, where credibility is assured.
