I would give a negative number The most inept, disjointed banking organization I've ever experienced. Departments do not have direct communication with each other. Online banking is seperate from checking accounts which are seperate from mortgage accounts. It's crazy. They also have no mechanism to collect support case details so you have to reexplain the entire story only to be run around with no resolution.
