My parents have banked at this branch since the days of Imperial Savings. Unfortunately with BMO, branch manager, and Carmen the service has gone down hill. My mother is ill and my brother and I had to access her accounts to pay for her expenses and medical bills. Carmen was our first contact- gave her the legal documents and she scanned to legal and was rejected. Why? She scanned incorrectly and didn't take 2 pages. The security guard at the door has a very bad attitude. Loud and rude, I don't know why they would hire such a person! So disgusting
The security guard is racist and inappropriate. He approached me in a ver6 threatening manner, raised his voice and when i went inside to complain to a staff memeber he followed me in and denied the whole thing. He was short of physically assaulting me and if theres cameras management need to look at how scary and aggressive he is specially towards women
Worst bank and the security guard is racist and rude. Never come here. You will get disrespected.
