The slogan is Boldly Grow the Good in business and life, and that’s what they do! I am able to take money out of the atm, with minimal fees and that’s all I ask from an ATM, so!! 5 stars from me. Good accessible location too!
If I had a dime every time they passed the buck, said they couldn’t help me, said they were short staffed or couldn’t help due to lunch breaks, I’d be a very wealthy woman. And the final straw, one of the staff members at the Mission Street Branch hung up on me today. The incompetence and lack of trying to resolve an issue was real. All she had to say was try the main customer service line. They were able to answer my question within 5 minutes.
I honestly had a great experience with them. I was a bit scared going there due to their reviews but the experience was the complete opposite. However they got straight to the point and were very polite.
