I have been a client with BMO since 2017 and have always had great service in Pico Rivera. Being that we just moved our buisness to Downey I decided to go to Downey Branch which is 3 minutes from my office. Disappointing Customer Service Experience at BMO Downey Branch I recently visited the BMO branch in Downey to open a bank account for my daughter after her Quinceañera. We were excited to begin teaching her about saving and managing her money, and we arrived with a large cash deposit to start the account. Worst bank, have had issues with them in different occasions. Deposited a check and hasnt cleared for 7 days.
Poor customer service, 3 tellers at arrival, one customer and still not attended until asked for service.
