Don’t bank here. They charge you fees to cash checks like those pre paid cards do. You get a new account bonus they never give telling you that you didn’t enter a code when I did know it for a fact then they want you to jump through hoops to attempt to get it as if it was your fault. In summation abusive. If you try to leave they basically hold you hostage for three extra months. Banking here is just bad business period.
I opened up a checking account with direct deposit and my money doesn't get direct deposit on a timely manner now I can't pay my rent because I haven't gotten paid from my direct deposit and can't get my money. When I called customer service they told me that because this bank is new.... Smh I hope no one goes through what I been going through with BMO. I'm going to get another bank account somewhere else.
