This specific location has been nothing but helpful and understanding with me over the last few years! Fort Collins location can’t get it right, while Greeley’s location is always on point and understanding! Josh the branch manager helped me today dealing with my first scam ever!
Don’t bank here. They charge you fees to cash checks like those pre paid cards do. You get a new account bonus they never give telling you that you didn’t enter a code when I did know it for a fact then they want you to jump through hoops to attempt to get it as if it was your fault. Cancelled my account and would not recommend should have trusted others reviews when I seen them here before switching but I wanted to give them a chance. In summation abusive. If you try to leave they basically hold you hostage for three extra months. Banking here is just bad business period.
