I opened up a checking account with direct deposit and my money doesn't get direct deposit on a timely manner now I can't pay my rent because I haven't gotten paid from my direct deposit and can't get my money. When I called customer service they told me that because this bank is new.... Smh I hope no one goes through what I been going through with BMO. I'm going to get another bank account somewhere else.
Drive thru closes at 4:45 now, fyi. This bank actually is the worst. I've had workers even just tell me to use the ATM, when I'm trying to withdraw more than the ATM limit.. they just don't want to have to help you, period.
They are very RUDE PEOPLE WHO WORK AT THIS BRANCH. ONE EMPLOYEE ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME AFTER THEIR ATM STOLE MY CARD. They don't even know what vendor services their ATM. So sOL. Had to cancel my card, now I have to wait for my new card to be reissued. These banking associates are the nastiest people I have ever met. I would not recommend this branch in Greeley Colorado
