My brother was having issues getting information on a charged off account. Diego a relationship banker was not helpful. He gave my brother a phone number to call and get the issue resolved. My brother did call and had such a hard time getting a hold of an actual agent to help, once we were able to speak to someone he was told he would have to go back to a branch for assistance as his identity couldn't be verified with the questions asked. It was inviting walking into BMO. I was greeted by an bank associate, who, immediately responded when I entered. She was very helpful and polite. She tended to my every need while I was there. She sincerely brought it to my attention about opening an account there. I am definitely going to give it some serious consideration. Thank you Norma Vallejo Puente for your professionalism. It was well received and recognized.
According to my statement, I had over $100,000 in my account. The branch told me they could not give me $20,000 of MY money. In process of closing all5 accounts. They don’t actually have your money!
Wanted to give a shout out to the retail relationship banker Noemi Rodriguez Lopez had a situation come up that I wasn't too happy about and Noemi handled the situation very good she is very good with customers I see manager potential in her future.
I was having issues with support online until I spoke with 2 people in the local branch, Naomi and Norma. The online support kept giving me false answers but Naomi and Norma literally checked my account to give me accurate answers and even pointed out an additional issue I had that I didnt even notice or asked about. Seems like the local branch cares way more then online. Thank you again Norma and Naomi.
