Since the merger I have had nothing bit issues and problems dealing with this bank. I have tried multiple times to attach my business CC to my online account and have still been unable to figure out how. I mail my CC and loan payments in but I start receiving calls a day or two before the past due date to let me know I'm going to be delinquent. After an explanation that the payment is in transit and apologies I recieve another call the next day. My recommendation is to find a different place to bank.
What happen??? Long lines, nothing like BOW. MUST DO BETTER!!
