Music on speakers is too loud and annoying. It should be background in a bank, not blaring pop music. Tellers were friendly and helpful.
We've been a customer for years! Have always been treated with respect and kindness. Kristy, Olivia and others are on their game. Will continue to bank here forever. There are always complainers in every business so I don't take much stock in "disgruntled" folks. Look, nobody is perfect so calm down. Great bank. Go BMO!
