Fernanda Zamora was doing her first international transfer she put wrong account number which I caught also incomplete company name and incomplete address so now they are making me pay twice for there mistakes
I will not deal with this branch again. You try to explain with detail what it is you are needing and instead of making you feel like they are doing everything possible to help you, they make you feel like an idiot instead. Come to find out, I was accurate in that they would be the ones to provide me with the form I need because I got it from the branch in CLOVIS!
I love this bank. Very friendly and never a long wait. Been coming here for years and will continue to do so.
