I loved Bank of the West, and I have tried to like BMO. The transition was NOT smooth. Additionally, on the rare occasions I do have to go into a the physical branch, they are incredibly, out-of-their-way unhelpful. Went in this morning around 10:30 and apparently the ONLY person who could assist me was going on break and asked if I could come back in a couple of hours. Didn’t the shift just start?! Whatever. Just disappointing.
Worst service ever there was just two guys just sitting there doing a whole lot of nothing talking to each other. I asked to see if I could get help and they ignored me. Don’t waste your time here.
Horrible customer service, liar manager ! They will tell you they will call you back. They were not gonna cash your check if you deposit your account they will return your check just to make it to go back and open an account with them. It’s been three months. I’m not able to catch the check.
I'm glad I closed my account horrible custumer service and even worse attitude in person at this bank the manager dosent remember when a deposit was made couldent look it up even when I had my receipt. They couldent certify my adrees even when I had proff of it also gave me a hard time closing it awful 😖 experience with this bank
