I would say excellent customer service.
The banks are good, just sometimes a little messy out front and not enough lighting around the a t m area.
Can’t use ATM machine because homeless people leaving out side the bank, place is full of garbage
Extremely long wait times
I love this bank, but I go to withdraw money from my savings and the teller withdraws it from my checking, leaving me in a tough situation, thankfully there customer service in India fixed it
