Extremely long wait times
I love this bank, but I go to withdraw money from my savings and the teller withdraws it from my checking, leaving me in a tough situation, thankfully there customer service in India fixed it
Racial discrimination, unprofessionalism, prejudicism, and lack of integrity is experienced when banking with BMO. The bank tellers if you are not a white male will without a doubt profile you. I experienced racial discrimination and profiling.
