Short wait times
Beyond impeccable customer service! So very patient and friendly! I had a strange issue as I moved here from another state and they stayed kind and went out of their way to help me!
Online Services are poor, they have little to no upfront assistance options for moving money between accounts and HAVE NO WIRE TRANSFER OPTIONS on their mobile nor website login domains. WIRE TRANSFERS MUST BE DONE IN PERSON. Nearest branch to me since I moved is 30mi. away and in order to close that account, once again, you must go in person!
Slow and Unhelpful.
Honestly all I can say is wow.... waited in line and there was only one person helping. Of course it was a Saturday so I did not mind it but God dam the young black gentleman just gave me a horrible service vs the last guy before me. Now with that saying I'm a Latino so I'm not racist but boy.... thinking I'm a different race as well he would be more pleasant but nope.
