Slow and Unhelpful.
Honestly all I can say is wow.... waited in line and there was only one person helping. Of course it was a Saturday so I did not mind it but God dam the young black gentleman just gave me a horrible service vs the last guy before me. Now with that saying I'm a Latino so I'm not racist but boy.... thinking I'm a different race as well he would be more pleasant but nope. Substandard bank - so much inferior than the Bank of the West we’re coming from or any other bank we ever dealt with. Lots of technical issues, poor customer service, long waiting times, clearly overworked and unhappy representatives.
