Do not bank here it been a month and I haven’t received my bank card in the mail yet, so I went to the bank to try to get one made. I was told to come back next week if I haven’t received it. I called over the phone to see if I can get a card the girl put me on hold without asking me any of my information. “I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism at this branch. The employees were dismissive, made little or no eye contact, did not properly greet me, and addressed me in a disrespectful and overly casual manner. Unfortunately, the branch manager’s conduct did not improve the situation. As a customer, I expect professional, courteous, and respectful treatment when I enter a BMO branch. Terrible bank, my father’s debit card got stuck in the atm outside of this bmo branch and i went inside to ask if they can retrieve it, bank teller said they dont have access to the atm so i asked to speak to a manager and ask him how come you dont have access to your atm your a bank franchise? The bank manager was very rude and responded with“ And what does that have to do with anything” not only that another customer had mentioned to me that the same thing happened to him a few weeks ago and couldn’t retrieve his card.
