Excelente servicio, personal amable
If I could give zero stars, I would. The management at this branch is completely unprofessional and lacks basic empathy. I came in shortly after my father passed away to withdraw funds from my account and inquire about closing his account. While the teller was assisting me and counting my money, the manager abruptly walked over, snatched the cash from the teller's hands, and yelled at him in front of me and other customers. The worse banking customer service experience I have ever had. The teller Luz Gonzales was so incompetent and was clearly unaware of how to do her job. I asked to speak to the branch manger, Who’s name is Miguel Gonzales and he was so rude and even my child mentioned that he was doing everything he could to prevent from helping me solve my issue. I will be closing my account because this experience felt very discriminatory and unprofessional.
This was by far the worst banking experience I have ever had. As a new customer I am already thinking of closing my account. I went there to get a check cashed which should have taken no more than 20 mins and I was standing at the teller for over 40 mins. Extremely incompetent person at the counter. I am probably just going to open an account at Wells Fargo or Chase. Dude wasted my whole lunch break.
