Today I went to BMO and I received the universe service I I I got they ordered the road checks for the wrong account my rent check balance check to Department of Justice bounced all stated the account could not be located mistakes happens I went into the location to get it corrected the teller was very non communicated she didn't got the balls the manager he proceeded to question me as if I did something wrong when realizing that the bank that particular branch has made a mistake he stated he will so tomorrow we talk about i... read more
After calling online numerous times with little results, and being hung up when called the Gardena branch, and no luck calling them back, I called the Torrance branch. Alejandro helped me as much as possible being very patient with me. I was thinking of closing my account until I spoke with Alejandro at the Torrance branch on Vermont. Giving BMO another chance now.
Waited in line over 30 minutes. One very slow teller taking 20 minutes with each customer. Ridiculous, no sense of urgency for customers waiting in line. Then proceeded to say they can’t help me.
Terrible over the phone customer service, please have this bank change their customer service to be based out of the USA.
4 tellers 2 having a great conversation with each other while the other 2 are super slow helping the customer and the line is getting longer and longer. I think we were invisible 🤔 You can do better!!
