Took my grandmother to Tash her check from Wade litigation. The check was written from BMO bank at first they told us they couldn’t cash it because it was almost 7000. I asked to see the policy that says they can’t cash a check over 7000 when I know they can depending on the available funds at that particular branch so we’ve been here waiting to cash a check from Wade litigation that has apparently Accounts with them and they have yet to cash the check so we are just sitting and waiting and we have been here an hour and they... read more

Not a great initial experience. Opened a checking account online today, and called this branch to see if I could come get a debit card in branch, instant-issue. The employee told me yes. So I drove over to the branch and then was told I can't get a card for an account that was opened online. Wasted the little gas I have. Not cool.
