This is the worst bank in the city of Bako. It takes hours even to do the most mundane of things. Two hours to close an account?! Take your business elsewhere.
I had been banking at this bank for over 8 years. They have closed my account because of an overdraft of $2.00 I spoke to the manager Dona and she's was just horrible and treated me like a criminal. I offered to pay the fee and try to reopen it(bad idea) but the manager said that they had no room for customer like me. I was so shocked to hear that from the manager. I have left that bank a d started banking at a different bank where I get treated with respect... Trust me don't bank there they will treat like your worthless.
