Very lazy, no customer service.I'd rather think with bank somebody else Customers I don't know how to park our car
I would give this Bank zero Stars if I could this branch in particular so they decide to cancel my card minimal explanation I call the bank about 15-20 minutes before close saying I might be a little late what and that I needed a new car I arrive to the damn Bank 5 minutes before close and they were already locking their doors which by the way you can't do that until 5 minutes after close I'm going to take my money and go back to Golden 1 who treats you with the respect and dignity you deserve
It would help if the ATM actually worked.
I opened a new account, it has been 14 calendar days since I made my initial deposit and the funds are still not in my account yet. We were told that the bank holds all deposits for nine days in the first 30 days of a new account to get to know us. The funds were debited from my other checking account that night of the initial deposit, but bank of the west is holding the funds in suspense for 9 business days, while they “get to know me“.
