I love this branch. I had issues with a payroll card, and then fraud, and they were always very kind and most helpful. I hope to stick with them for the foreseeable future.

Do not bank with BMO. I am a small business owner and went in looking for assistance. I signed up for the business checking and savings account for which I was supposed to receive a $750 credit to my account after 104 days if my account is kept in good standing and maintains a $20k balance. We came in twice afterwards to check that the promotion was applied. It wasn't until after I closed my account on day 150 that I find out I never received the bonus we applied for and were eligible for. BMO said that we should be eligible... read more
