I love BMO !
Do not bank with BMO. I am a small business owner and went in looking for assistance. I signed up for the business checking and savings account for which I was supposed to receive a $750 credit to my account after 104 days if my account is kept in good standing and maintains a $20k balance. We came in twice afterwards to check that the promotion was applied. It wasn't until after I closed my account on day 150 that I find out I never received the bonus we applied for and were eligible for. BMO said that we should be eligible... read more

Not a fan, I'll be closing my account. Deposits are always much later than they should be, they called me several times while I was in the hospital asking for surveys/feedback despite me asking them to stop, not to mention the constant ridiculous fees. When issues are escalated to managers they are rude and unsympathetic.
