Had a technical issue with the bank and came here physically to get it resolved. I was helped by, a very kind, Ms. Elmis Ceron-Quijada. She quickly and professionally helped me resolve my issue. She showed great efficiency and had an understanding. Her help was a highlight of my day.

I never seen like this branch customer service is the worst the lady named Bahar Or mah she doesn’t know anything about customer service she is rude and without knowledge don’t go to this branch
I can see why this branch has low ratings. I just called to ask a few questions and spoke to a teller named Justin. He seems like he didn’t want to help me out unfortunately I have to go to this location because it’s the closest by. They should do something about their customer service with this low rating.
BMO was the worst bank I had ever dealt with. The staff was nice but the bank itself need lots improvement!! BMO app wasn’t reflect any transaction right away not even in pending status. It literally took 3-5 days. Zelle took 3-5 days to clear. When you close your account before 90 days, whether is personal or business, they will charge you $50. Banking experience in 21st century. Awful!!
