BMO was the worst bank I had ever dealt with. The staff was nice but the bank itself need lots improvement!! BMO app wasn’t reflect any transaction right away not even in pending status. It literally took 3-5 days. Zelle took 3-5 days to clear. When you close your account before 90 days, whether is personal or business, they will charge you $50. Banking experience in 21st century. Awful!!
Went to deposit a cashiers check and they told me they were going to send it to collection for 4-6 weeks before it would hit my account. I went to another BMO and they got it in for me after two business days. Don’t go to this bank if you want an easy experience, they’re so extra for what?
Absolutely the worst online bank and most inefficient people in the banking industry. My husband died and had two CDs with BMO. I have been trying for three weeks to secure the funds. Let me clarify that, three weeks since I submitted the required documentation. I was told that I’d be called back twice now and have never received a phone call.
