My husband went to this bank to exchange cash for quarters so we may do some laundry. The teller asked him if he had an account there, and we do not. They told him that they are only giving change to customers. They referred him to Swansons and he had made a comment that it was absurd that a grocery store carries more change than a bank. To me, purchasing coins makes you a customer at that moment. You provide a service to a customer. Out of all places, a bank should be able to provide coins. THIS BRANCH IS THE MAIN REASON NONE, ABSOLUTELY NONE OF MY INFORMATION EVER GOT UPDATED FOR 6 YEARS TO THE POINT WHERE I COULDNT ACCESS CERTAIN ASPECTS OF MY ACCOUNT. As a general rule of thumb this bank will refuse to update any and all of your information then call it a mistake. They will not forward any of you calls then call it a mistake.
