I can’t say anything but positive things about , Lisa , Cristina and Kristen . I have been a long time customer of OZK and they have always been helpful with all my questions and concerns. OZK has the best rates and I will continue to bank with them.

I’ve been banking at Bank OZK on the Atlanta Highway in Athens, GA for many, many years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this location. The ladies who assist me—Lisa, Cristina, and Kristen—are absolutely amazing. They’ve always treated me like family, not just a customer. They remember me, ask about my husband and kids, and genuinely care. Just started my new banking account there and the sweet ladies that work you can just feel the welcoming energy as soon as you walk in!!
A Friday at lunchtime and only 2 people working. I have been in the drive thru line for 15 minutes now waiting for assistance. 5 cars in the parking lot and 2 of them are probably the employees. Not a good location to go to.
