I usually like coming here. But it’s a busy Friday outside and they have two people only working most days I come in here. I shouldn’t have to wait for them to finish a transaction to help me. I’m not trying to be arrogant or needy. But have more people on the floor.

The personal bankers, especially Lisa Aaron and branch manager, Cristina and other staff are all compassionate, reliable and trustworthy. This branch delivers unparalleled customer service and the products they offer are way better than what you will find at the "big banks,” that treat you like a number. Unfortunately there isn't a way to choose negative stars. Purchased a car with a local dealership that used Community Southern Bank as the lender. Made payments with CSB for a few years before it was bought out by Bank of the Ozarks. I was unable to make the loan payments online for the majority of the time I had the loan because the bank wasn't setup for it. However, after diligently paying the payments every month, I was thrilled to make the final payment which was due on 5/24/19. I couldn't get to the bank on that Friday ... read more
