Very Disappointed in the Service I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Bank of Oklahoma. I waited almost three hours just to pick up a bank draft check, which is completely unreasonable. The lack of communication and urgency from the staff made the situation even worse. Because of this experience, I would never do business with them again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them for auto loans or any other banking needs. Totally unacceptable customer service.
Stopped in this morning for some last minute paperwork regarding the closing of my home, and Eric was so nice and helpful! He was patient when answering my questions and assisted in scanning necessary documents that ensured my closing went smoothly. Wonderful guy!
Make sure you've got plenty of time for the drive-thru even though they have two registers in there they're very seldom anybody at both but you almost have to set aside in a half an hour to an hour just to get through this drive through it's really sad and ridiculous I see four to five people standing around in there
