Absolutely terrible customer service experience today at BOK 31st & Harvard. Two of us (we didn't know each other) walked out and I'm sure the skeleton-crew staff could not have cared less. Waited in line, (1 person in front of me who was already waiting for who knows how long before I arrived), one staff member looked irritated, especially while dealing with the teller, and she couldn't wait to get out of there fast enough. I had called BOK to verify funds and wow! did Julia make it a lot harder than needed! Mind you, cheques are dated but still a form of payment that my office accepts and to not be assisted for this simple task is ridiculous… called a different branch and was quickly attended 👍
Always pleasant helpful staff. Even when dealing with silly things such as a stuck wallet zipper. Stuck by the very check I was trying to deposit.
