I’ve worked with many banks and they are by far the most friendly and easy to work with and the fact that they pay you back for ATM fees is a great feature offered!
SO rude both times I called when I had a question. Makes me seriously consider closing all of my accounts and switching over to somewhere with better staff. not recommending this bank to anyone as it’s hard to get what you need and any questions you have aren’t answered or addressed without an attitude
Overall this bank Is fantastic. One of the only local community banks that know their customers personally and go out of their way to help you. David Tanae and Jordan Handle both my business and personal accounts. They are competitive in every aspect and way above the others in customer service. If you move to this bank you would be impressed.
Wanted to close my checking account. I was told that someone would close it once my pending transactions cleared and I could come by the bank and pick up my check for my balance. Called today and they decided to mail out my check instead without telling me. Didn't confirm the address before mailing so they sent it to my previous address. Put cash in the ATM(that counts bills without an envelope) on Sunday, took two days to process. Didn’t show up til Tuesday. Inquired about it in the office they informed me to use the live teller option next time. I work during the week and rarely can make it to the bank while they’re open. This time used the ATM on Saturday while it claimed the ITM was open. There was no where on the atm to choose to talk to a live person on Saturday at 10am to make a deposit.
