Always a good experience
The lady in front working the front desk. Is very rude was also playing loud music while working. Upon arrival yelled at me while I was politetly greeting her.
I’ve worked with many banks and they are by far the most friendly and easy to work with and the fact that they pay you back for ATM fees is a great feature offered!
SO rude both times I called when I had a question. Makes me seriously consider closing all of my accounts and switching over to somewhere with better staff. not recommending this bank to anyone as it’s hard to get what you need and any questions you have aren’t answered or addressed without an attitude
Overall this bank Is fantastic. One of the only local community banks that know their customers personally and go out of their way to help you. David Tanae and Jordan Handle both my business and personal accounts. They are competitive in every aspect and way above the others in customer service. If you move to this bank you would be impressed.
