The most terrible experience with a bank ever! The worst customer service ever! Recently refinanced our home loan to Bank of Syd through a broker, and we were told we will get a credit card as a part of package. They have not sent the credit card after 2 weeks yet, and when I called them to follow up on it they just say they don't issue the credit cards yet and they are not sure when it starts!
