I went to F&M Bank and unfortunately had the worst customer service experience. As a USAA customer, I don’t have the luxury of walking into my own branch to pull out money, so I rely on other banks when I need to withdraw a large amount. After leaving that experience upset, I went to Bank of Stockton on my way to see my mom, who is currently fighting cancer. Whyyyy cant i reach my bank on the telephone? The "Cisco Unity" system is horrible, and worse than trying to get a call through to Sutter Health. Im just trying to reach Walter but I CANT SPELL HIS LAST NAME. So now I have to drive to both banks to try to find him. What a worthless phone system.
