Whyyyy cant i reach my bank on the telephone? The "Cisco Unity" system is horrible, and worse than trying to get a call through to Sutter Health. Im just trying to reach Walter but I CANT SPELL HIS LAST NAME. So now I have to drive to both banks to try to find him. What a worthless phone system.
