This place USED TO be great! I've gone here for about a decade, and they had friendly knowledgeable staff, a nice open building, and their auto loan rates were very competitive at the time. HOWEVER, many years later and this place sucks, to put it lightly! First there's the fact that the building has been under construction for SEVERAL YEARS. I needed a document notarized last minute, and after calling a bunch of banks and notaries the lady on the phone said I could come here. She did it fast and efficiently. I don’t have an account with this bank but the employees were all so friendly and this lady saved my butt. You guys are awesome! Keep up the great work!
