Been with them and had small business banking for 12 years and never had a problem. Very responsive customer service.
Really disappointing customer service. After specifically offering to waive certain fees when I opened an account for my small business, Bank of San Francisco proceeded to charge me the fees anyway. I had to leave Alec Saucedo multiple voicemails and send multiple emails to even get a response. Bank of San Francisco then refused to reverse the charges even though Alec had specifically told me they'd be waived when I opened my accounts.
