Called them and was bounced around to 3 different people to verify a check from their institution. Once I got ahold of the right person, they said they don't verify checks for individuals, they can only verify for other banks. How are you supposed to know if a check is legitimate from their institution if they won't verify? Was not very helpful at all.
Excellent customer service! My husband and I highly recommend BOR for all of your banking needs.
