Holding my insurance claim check hostage with an unnecessarily rigid and confusing process. Only able to speak to a human being after sitting through 3-4 minutes of announcements and menu prompts. Wouldn’t be so bad if I didn’t need to call them dozens of times.
What I was doing as a business was really disrupted by BOK and their inability to do their job properly. I would not work with them on any financial dealing again.
