I had a transaction that I thought would be complicated, but was overwhelmed with joy in the customer service I received from Victoria and Katy. They truly made me feel like my transaction was just as important to them as it was to me. I was in and out of the bank quicker than I anticipated. I love this bank and am thrilled to feel like they truly care about my needs!
