The lobby teller was rude so i just closed my Account.
My father, who banked with Bank of Oklahoma, passed away. My sister and I are successor co-trustees of his trust, and we went to the 2021 S. Lewis, Tulsa OK branch shortly after his passing to close his account. We provided the death certificate and trust documents to a teller, Rudolfo Perez, who later left me a voicemail saying the checks were ready for us to pick up.
