Won't answer the phone an hour before closing, they immediately direct you to the 24 hour robot express bank which is ridiculous since you still have an hour left until closing....I thought maybe it was all BOK's that had this policy, but when I called the BOK on Harvard, I got an immediate response from the human bank teller who works at that location.
