I was upset because regardless of my "REAL ID" and ability to answer any and all questions, since i had not been to that particular bank and the email and phone numbers were listed under my wifes name and not mine, they didnt want to issue me money, so i went to the branch i normally go to Asphen & 81st) and they were Excellent as always!
This bank is a joke. Got in 45 minutes before closing and was told that they don’t have people to take care of my banking needs. Go somewhere else.
Been banking with BOK since my 16th birthday opening my first checking account. Had my 65th birthday this summer!
