Joseph Mazariegos at this location went way beyond what I expected. He made numerous phone calls and spent 30minutes talking to various department heads before getting an answer to my question. There are BOK employees who care and Joseph is one of them.

The old atm ate my deposit 2 times, they've recently replaced it with a new one and I'm continuing to have issues. I deposited money and it said it was $100 less than it was, so I canceled it and got my money back. Once I counted it 3 times, I confirmed the atm was wrong. So I decided to try it again and split the deposit in half and this time it said it was $50 less than I put in. Canceled it and redoposited the same bills and it counted them fine. Guys, Count your money and pay attention at this atm.
Went to get my debit card replaced. Some "ribbon" in their card printing machine was out, so I had to go to a different location a couple of miles away. My other experiences have been good.
