This bank is a joke. Got in 45 minutes before closing and was told that they don’t have people to take care of my banking needs. Go somewhere else.Â
Been banking with BOK since my 16th birthday opening my first checking account. Had my 65th birthday this summer!Â
We were supposed to close on our house today at 11am and Bentley told me the wire would be completed by 10am and it still hasn’t been done. He said he can guarantee it would be done by 11am if not after a little after 11am but WE ARE CLOSING AT 11!!! Very unprofessional! We are not going back here for any banking services.Â
