We were supposed to close on our house today at 11am and Bentley told me the wire would be completed by 10am and it still hasn’t been done. He said he can guarantee it would be done by 11am if not after a little after 11am but WE ARE CLOSING AT 11!!! Very unprofessional! We are not going back here for any banking services.
This is not a reflection of this particular branch but of the bank as a whole. My cousin who was guardian of my mother at the time opened a checking account and two CDs for my mother. She initiated myself as beneficiary on all three accounts. This was done with a three-way phone call with your teller and the bank the money market account was in with me as beneficiary. Joseph Mazariegos at this location went way beyond what I expected. He made numerous phone calls and spent 30minutes talking to various department heads before getting an answer to my question. There are BOK employees who care and Joseph is one of them.
Great service. Great attitude. Great team. Can’t think of any other bank I want to be with. Keep up the good job
