Wow. How very rude and disrespectful Agustin was when I came in to cash a check that a client had written me on her account. Not only did he treat me like I was some sort of third rate citizen because I "don't have a BOK account " nor do I want one, but was VERY sassy, mouthy, and snarky the entire time.
