This is the only bank I have ever used that the drive thru does not open until 9 am. Everything else about the bank is great!
I used to have an account with Bank of Oklahoma. They charged me for an ATM card I didn't have and then said ATM cards are free. I went in trying to get it straightened out and the teller kept saying I could get a free checking account even when I kept telling him I didn't want a free checking account I wanted a savings account without the ATM charge on it. My dad had an account there too and they tried to cheat him out of $100. I'm glad I don't have an account with Bank of Oklahoma anymore.
They charge non-members for cashing checks their members write.
I haven't gotten my card & it's been 2 weeks since I've opened my account.
