Brooke has poor customer service skills and her mistakes cost me money for a "free checking account". She refused to reverse the charges. I had to inform the main office and they immediately reversed the charges. She is rude and should spend less time on her eyebrows and more time practicing sincerity, as neither comes naturally but one is definitely more important than the other. Why get a position that requires filling things out if you do not check your work? Less pencil more typing.
