I've had overdraft protection for over a year and all of the sudden I had a check not go through when I checked on it the bank said they had turn off my overdraft protection. I did not get a call or letter from the bank notifying I no longer had this protection. During these hard times you would think your bank would want to work with their customers instead of putting them in dire straits by removing their protection without notice. Because there is no live phone support, I'm on hold from a stupid computer and had tried 3 different phone numbers, all to a computer! Ridiculous !!!Â
