My husband took cash in deposit and teller deposited it into the WRONG account (not even belonging to us). Spent 30 min the next day at bank to get it back and not a lot of apologies as to why it happened or assurance that it won’t happen again. Went in the week before to open a new account for our daughter and no one was there to help us. They told us we could wait for 30 min or come back. We went to another branch.
Bald shorter man did not greet or acknowledge me but the next white customer was greeted happily. Don’t recommend here if you’re not white. Go someplace else where you’re treated equally.
Been to this location many times and they are always helpful and the ATM is always up when I need it. Top notch bank.
