Have been a customer of this bank for around four or five year's. Was treated good at the start but now this bank i must say is "PATHETIC"..... Helped when Covid hit and allowed customers to go on Reduced Home Loan repayment but then failed to inform properly the customer being me, that full repayment is due on a certain date as i kept paying a reduced payment.
