This was our 3rd time working with Jeff and every time has been a great experience - from contract to closing we moved our 30 day up 10 days and Jeff had everything ready and buttoned up. He stayed in constant contact with use throughout the process - never leaving us to wonder "what's going on" - outstanding job - and this 3rd time was on a house in Florida but based on previous experience Jeff was the only way to go for a smooth closing!
