I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Bank of Hope Bellevue Branch! My banker, Sung Eun Kim, was by far the kindest and most helpful banker I’ve met in my 17 years since moving to the U.S. I had seen Bank of Hope branches in LA before but didn’t realize they had a presence in Washington. I come here to open a bank account, because Bank of Hope is currently doing a promotion. The banker is very efficient. She opens my account in about 30 minutes. I do not to have to wait to get helped. There are many people in the branch who can help me. Many people are friendly and courteous. These are some of the nicest people I've met when opening a bank account.
