I needed help with an account. I walked in without an appointment. But Mrs. R. Kim was so courteous, professional, and pleasant. My problem was resolved. Parking is convenient and has a security guard; just inside the front entrance, there’s another security guard.
Shoutout to Jim, he was excellent help! Great service, keep it up.

I want to give less than 1 star. staff is not honest, security guide harassing women customer.
Will never go to this bank again! The security guard tapped on my window while I was on the phone with the bank telling me I was in the parking lot for a long time. Please hire new security! He was interrupting my entire phone call. Please provide the information for the security so that I can file a complaint.
