Jelani brunch manager was great he is the reason I’m opening a account such great customer service
I have two complains. One: Why we don't feel welcome when we come to the bank? Nobody is greeting!! Two: I want to complain about one employee in South Northridge branch Gustavo He is vice-president of operations. He dosen't answer phone call or call back VERY unprofessional. I hope this issue is resolved in the short term to avoid more customer's complain. Mirta
