I have two complains. One: Why we don't feel welcome when we come to the bank? Nobody is greeting!! Two: I want to complain about one employee in South Northridge branch Gustavo He is vice-president of operations. He dosen't answer phone call or call back VERY unprofessional. I hope this issue is resolved in the short term to avoid more customer's complain. Mirta

Worst store manager of all time
I can see why they can't have 5 stars. Was answering an emergency call on one of their parking spots, and a rude Asian lady worker came to tell me that I shouldn't be there. I was in no way planning in leaving my car here, and she wouldn't stop heckling me. I hope their service isn't like that, just wow.
