Loved Bank of Edwardsville. Busey Bank is horrible. Looking for a new bank after 8 years.
Just got a 32.00 overdraft fee a 12 hour overlap. Water company put check thru early. Owed less than 30.00. My social security came in less than half a day after the fee. This has never happened to me before. I am so upset. You can be sure i will go to some other bank for my new house loan. This is terrible customer service and a ridiculously high fee.
Great bank and professional staff. Never had an issue with Business and personal accountants. Customer service and current manager at the glen Carbon near Walgreens in glen Carbon are excellent!
Don't use this bank they take money from u and Provide inaccurate balance then do nothing to resolve
