I only gave it 1 star because I had to to be able to leave a review. Never, and I mean NEVER, use this bank for any sort of loan. This is the most unprofessional bank I’ve ever used. We started back at the end of February trying to get a construction loan. Took two weeks to even give us the paperwork to fill out to begin everything. Two weeks after we turned in the paperwork and after we called SIX times they tell us the guy helping us with our loan no longer works there.
