I called to this bank before I ever drove up here to ask if I could come buy gold and silver dollar coins. I was told "sure we have rolls of them in our bank vault". I asked if it would be fine if I purchased 150-200 and was told "that should not be an issue". I drive up here to buy the coins stand in line to talk to some dingbat that doesn't know jack. I came in with my fiancé who just got a check from his insurance due to him being in a car accident. When he asked if there was anything he could do about accessing any of his money today to buy a new vehicle. Whether it was a cashiers check or cashing the check itself. The workers lied to him and told him they were “not able to do anything but deposit it into his account” and he “won’t be able to do anything for 7 days”. Bank tellers repeatedly give personal account information to persons not on account. Asked 3 times to respect my privacy. Still violate. Rude and unlawful.
Always pleasant but you all have to get more people hired for the drive-through; there is always a very long wait with only one or two people working.
