Disgusted with this bank. They flagged me for fraud over trying to send money to a friend. After going to the bank multiple times to send it they said it was “for my own protection.” I even waived my rights to that protection verbally in person and they decided to shut my account down causing me so much trouble over trying to spend my own money. 🤯 I’m in shock at how this bank treated me after being a customer for 10 yrs. I have almost $7000 in this bank and I’ve been a customer for nearly 7 years. Finally, I’ve had it with them. I’m taking all of my money out. Rude people who don’t care.

In complete fairness, I have had some good experiences with BOC in the past, and they have helped me achieve some of my financial goals.
