Banked with them for 16 years. They are always helpful.
Completely irrational and rude bank manager. Misinformed and uneducated on the banks policies. Please retrain this employee on policy and customer service. I will be pulling my funds from here and will now bank with the folks across the street.
Very unwilling to perform an extremely simple task. Decent banks will have some method to perform notary even if you aren’t a customer. For fee which we were very willing to pay. Luckily we didn’t have to search all day for this service and ruin our vacation over it. No thanks to this bank. How dang difficult would have been to help someone in a bind such as the one we found ourselves in. We are from Texas and had an issue come up that required a simple notary stamp and this bank found if impossible. Incase you’re looking fo... read more
