I have almost $7000 in this bank and I’ve been a customer for nearly 7 years. Finally, I’ve had it with them. I’m taking all of my money out. Rude people who don’t care.

In complete fairness, I have had some good experiences with BOC in the past, and they have helped me achieve some of my financial goals. Banked with them for 16 years. They are always helpful.
Completely irrational and rude bank manager. Misinformed and uneducated on the banks policies. Please retrain this employee on policy and customer service. I will be pulling my funds from here and will now bank with the folks across the street.
