Came in with a big check to deposit and I accidentally said I wanted to cash it. Instead of helping me find another solution (like depositing into an account) they told me they couldn’t do that and it was going to take a very long time with the holiday weekend backup and sent me to another branch. I feel like there was more of a conversation that could’ve been had to help me so I didn’t have to go drive somewhere else.
Worst bank I have ever delta with in 40 years of banking. Do NOT waste your time! If you do any online banking... it is terrible always a problem. If you have a problem and go into the bank the refer you to call a phone number. Can't get help in bank due to people on breaks at lunch... always an excuse! Terrible
I opened up a bank account with them. I went through a hold process twice 10-11 days each before I could access my money for a new account. The hold came off today and now I’m being told how much I can spend in a day. I do not recommend this bank and I’m closing out my account with this bank.
