I visited Bank of China today to inquire about opening an account, and I was helped by the male teller at counter 1. He was extremely polite, professional, and patient. He answered all of my questions with a smile and clearly explained the steps I need to take to book an appointment. I truly appreciate his helpful attitude and great service!
Today, I experienced the worst service at Bank of China in 50 Minthorn BLVD. First, the teller was clearly unskilled at his job—while handling our transaction, he repeatedly went to the back room to ask others for help. Thankfully, his attitude was decent, so we tolerated it. However, the female staff member next to him, who worked at the GIC service counter, was another story.
