Staff member extremely rude. The teller does not have name tag on, no identidy at all, you can't even identify if he is actually working in this bank. Just raised voice for very ordinary question with minimal assistance to customer. Dont do banking here. Take your money some where.

Mr. Chen, the Vice President of the Hurstville branch, assisted us with opening an account. His service was excellent and made the whole process very smooth. The other staff were efficient as well. I highly recommend the Hurstville branch.
Still using the outdated token to verify transactions in 2025. Can’t they allow sms to verify ?
