I’ve been with Bank of Bartlett since it was a single branch on Stage Road. It felt like a small town bank with attention to a personal relationship with its customers. That’s been over 40 years and it still feels that way. If you want a personal connection to your bank, BoB is for you!!
I didn't know that there is no longer window service for this branch. I arrived before the closing time of 5pm, so I went to the door to go inside and it was locked. Approximately 4:52. The lady was talking to me with the door closed, telling me they are closed and to do express drop off, which replaced the drive-thru service. As I don't read lips and I told her that, she slightly cracked the door to tell me to use express drop off. She gave me no instructions on how that works, so I went to the drop off and it's locked!
