I didn't know that there is no longer window service for this branch. I arrived before the closing time of 5pm, so I went to the door to go inside and it was locked. Approximately 4:52. The lady was talking to me with the door closed, telling me they are closed and to do express drop off, which replaced the drive-thru service. Sierra really helped me out with my financial questions today. I could see she was very hard working. She answered all of my questions throughly, as well as explaining all of the additional questions I had about financing. I highly recommend Sierra at Bank of Bartlett!
