I was looking into opening a bank account and switching over from Chase. In my visit to the Greeley Location, While being assisted by a banker, I was asked to provide my identification. The banker continued typing on her computer without making eye contact or acknowledging me. I placed my ID on the desk in front of her, but due to clutter on her desk and her lack of attention, she did not notice it had been placed there. She then requested two forms of identification. Really disappointed in my choice to bank with Bank of America after my most recent experience. I lost my phone and wallet. The nightmare begins...with Bank of America. They can't verify me though I brought it more than required to validate who I am. The first manager refuses to update my last name (though I brought in my certified marriage license and ID), the second manager (Rolanda) was very nice and I could tell she wanted to help but didn't have the ability and/or permissions, the third one was just flat out rude, and ve... read more
